This makes me laugh. A lot. I'm trying Google AdWords for my face painting business. I'm not too encouraged by the service uptime Google is promising. When I logged in today I found this:
"On January 1, 2005, AdWords system will be unavailable from approximately 1:00 AM to January 1, 2015 1:00 AM Mountain Time due to system maintenance. Please note that your campaigns will continue to run normally during this short downtime. We apologize for any inconvenience."
Apparently, Google has a 10-year-long planned outage... that started 5 years ago! Especially amazing is the fact that Google considers a decade to be a "short downtime"...
